Using the site means accepting these terms and the publication rules referenced by them. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, including price, area and their authority to advertise the property. Publication is granted for a defined period and ends when that period ends. Paying for a listing package does not publish a listing and does not mean it was approved. The binding text is the reviewed terms version recorded against each purchase.
