List a property

Your listing is reviewed by a person before it appears, and it appears only while it is funded, approved and in date. Nothing here goes live because it was paid for.

How a listing reaches the public site

Four separate things have to be true. The workspace shows you which of them are outstanding while you work, rather than at the end.

  1. Write the draft

Every change is saved to your account as you go, so you can leave and come back. Photos are scanned before they can be shown.

  2. Submit it for review

A reviewer reads it against the content rules and either approves it or tells you what to change. The deadline for a first review is shown when you submit.

  3. Choose a plan

A listing needs an active allocation for the period it is published. Plans and what each includes are on the plans page.

  4. It goes live

When the content is approved, you hold the authority to publish that property, the plan is funded and the publication window is open. The workspace shows these as four separate indicators, so a listing that is paid for but not approved says exactly that.

Publishing a property you are authorised to publish

Before a property can be published, the platform records who is entitled to offer it. That check protects the owner as much as the buyer, and it is the reason a paid listing can still be waiting.

Plans

Prices, limits and terms are on the plans page, where they are read from the published catalogue rather than repeated here.
