How this site is built to be usable, and how to report a barrier.
The site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, dialogs and menus trap focus and restore it on close, form errors are linked to their fields and announced, and the interface honours a reduced-motion preference. Both Georgian and English are fully supported, and the layout is built so that longer Georgian labels do not overflow or clip. If you meet a barrier, please report it with the page address and what you were trying to do. Accessibility defects are treated as defects, not as suggestions.
